Built in Malaysia, for Malaysia

Modern HR & Payroll, made for Malaysian companies.

Gajee started in 2026 because Malaysian SMEs deserve HR software that actually understands EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF — not a global tool retrofitted with a tax form.

What we believe

The principles we build on.

Every screen we ship and every email we send is judged against these.

People, not paperwork.

Software should free HR teams to focus on people — not chase signatures and fix spreadsheets. Every screen we ship is judged by that bar.

Trust is non-negotiable.

Payroll and personal data are sensitive. We earn trust with role-based permissions, salary masking, encryption, and clear data controls — not marketing copy.

Built in Malaysia, for Malaysia.

EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, public holidays, statutory forms — we get the details right because we live them too. No global tool can match that.

Simple beats clever.

Anyone in your team should be able to clock in, apply for leave, or run payroll without a manual. If a feature can't be explained in one sentence, we re-think it.

Local support, real humans.

Our team responds in your timezone, in English or Bahasa. Tickets get answered by people who've actually used HR software — not chatbots.

Ship, listen, ship again.

We release improvements continuously based on what our beta customers tell us they need. The product you sign up for today gets better every month at no extra cost.

Our story.

Gajee launched in 2026 as the HR system its founders wished existed when they were running payroll for their own teams. Tax tables in spreadsheets. Approval chains over WhatsApp. Statutory submissions cobbled together at the end of every month.

We thought: surely there's a better way — something that genuinely understands how Malaysian HR works, not just a translated version of a US product. So we started building it.

Today we're in public beta with a growing list of companies across KL, Selangor, Penang, and beyond. Every feature comes directly from what our beta customers tell us they need.

The name Gajee comes from the Malay word gaji — salary. The spelling gives the brand a modern digital identity while staying familiar to Malaysian businesses.
